Your Purchase & Terms of Sale

By placing your order, you are agreeing to Price of Bath’s Website Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantee or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to delays outside of our control for which we cannot be held responsible. Customers must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit/debit card or have a PayPal account. When placing the order you undertake that all the details you provide us are accurate, that you are the authorised user of the account used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Acceptance of Your Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and order details. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation, by email, that the goods, which you have ordered, have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

There is insufficient stock to deliver your goods you have ordered
If one or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price
You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Website Terms
We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

Pricing & Product Descriptions

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website, are accurate, on occasions errors may occur. If we find an error in the price or description of any items, which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling the order. If you cancel and you have paid for the goods, we will ensure you have a full refund.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT except where stated otherwise. Delivery costs are additional and can be found in our Delivery and Return details.

Secure Payment

Secure payment can be made using either credit/debit cards as displayed on the Website through our secure payment SagePay service or use the PayPal facility. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses authorisation to Price of Bath or there is a delay in the process, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to ensure our Website is secure. All credit and debit transactions are processed using SagePay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not receive your credit or debit card information, and credit or debit cards are not stored online for your protection.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or order from the Website.

When you use our Website, you’ll see that we offer you recommendations, showing products we think you might like and could perhaps miss when you are browsing the site.

These recommendations are based on items, which may match the products you have bought, past purchases, top sellers, recently viewed products and ratings. Insurance

Our insurance covers each purchase from the time it leaves the premises, while it is in transit and until it is delivered to your specified address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods (the risk of loss or damage) passes to you.

Price of Bath shall retain title to ownership of the products until we have received payment, in full, for all sums due for the goods.
