Delivery and Returns
Delivery within the UK
The delivery price is confirmed once you put your items in the basket.
We aim to make delivery within 3 - 5 business days after you place the order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Any orders placed at the weekends will be sent the next working day. When your parcel is dispatched we will send you our email confirmation along with your delivery information.
We do manufacture all our goods and sometimes items do go out of stock between the time your order is placed and the time it is processed. If a delay is to be greater than 7 days, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay.
All personalised orders may take a little more time; we suggest 3 - 10 days for your item to be delivered. Most times, customers are pleased when their personalised items arrive promptly and under the time quoted. If you ball order has a deadline, do send us an email to let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.
We use Royal Mail 48 hour service for smaller parcels (upto 2kg) and UK delivery service for larger items. If you NEED IT URGENTLY you can upgrade your postage on smaller parcels weighing up to 2kg. If your order weighs in excess of 2kg please call us on 01225742141 and ask for priority service - if we can help we will.
All prices are in GBP unless another currency option is chosen from our currency menu. All prices shall be shown in the currency chosen and payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). You accept that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose to have the item delivered. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
Your shipping will be calculated when you place your items in the basket. For example 1 tube of tennis balls is around 300g and would be classed as a small parcel.
International Shipping and Import Regulations/Duty
We ship to almost anywhere in the world! If your country isn't listed when you check out, please get in touch via our email email@example.com and we will do our best to arrange shipping to you.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we realise that this isn’t always the case. We will always endeavour to help you find the right solution to proceed.
If it isn’t what you thought it was, send it back to us. We will exchange it or give you a full refund for the value of the goods. We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your order and our service.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, please notify us as soon as possible – within three working days of delivery. We will happily issue a refund for the goods once we have received them back. In this case you would be liable for the returns postage; we recommend you send if sending it via Royal Mail to use their Recorded Delivery or Tracked services to ensure receipt of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for a lost delivery to us.
In the event that an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within three working days by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep all packaging if it has been damaged in transit.
If we made an error with your order, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. We will refund you for your postage and ensure we replace or refund your order.
In order to return an item, you will need:
- To have kept the products unused in their original packaging, tennis balls in pressurised containers must have the ring pull seal not opened.
- Filled in the returns form that came with your order.
- Items that are marked or are missing will not be accepted.
- Incurred delivery costs will not be refunded. See above.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- PERSONALISED PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY.
